Presence and Improvisation
12/01/2017, Comentarios desactivados en Presence and ImprovisationPresence and Improvisation: an approach to somatic practices is a workshop that uses principles and specific exercises from the somatic practices of Alexander Technique, Feldenkrais, Klein and Body-Mind Centering® as a way to integrate and organize our body, mind and surroundings. Using improvisation as a way of integration between perception and movement, the first goal is to perceive and visualize the body in its habits. Consequently expanding our creativity and mover qualities in motion. Accessing dance with an opened body/mind will create a listening space and a deeper communication with ourselves and others, bringing us to a full state of presence.
Intended for: all audiences (professional dancers, artist and open public) interested in expanding their perception and better organization of their bodies in order to meet and experiment with their own movement.
